Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions required varies from person to person as each individual’s journey towards optimal health is unique. While some may find clarity and achieve their goals after just one session, others opt for a more extended, ongoing commitment. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, but together, we can collaborate to help you make the ultimate choice that aligns with your unique goals and preferences.
